Source: AGCO (Ontario)

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) says eligible charities and religious organisations with a provincial mandate can apply to run break-open ticket events across the province. The licence fee is 3% of prizes, and applicants must provide eligibility details, sales locations and game rules.
