Operators must submit an independently audited Control Activity Matrix and, within six months of starting regulated operations, demonstrate controls for compliance priorities identified in advance.

Peru's DGJCMT describes a process for approving and registering casino game formats, or modifying an existing registration. The review covers legal and technical requirements, including game rules, equipment and return-to-player percentage; only registered formats may be imported and operated in the country. The registration has an indefinite term, subject to maintaining its qualifying conditions.
Peru's Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism has established a process for authorising and registering casino game formats or modifying existing registrations for operation within the country. This procedure involves a legal and technical evaluation of the game rules, applicable gaming equipment, and the return-to-player percentage. Only casino game formats that are authorised and registered by the DGJCMT may be imported and operated in the country. The registration granted has an indefinite term, provided that the qualifying conditions are maintained. The application process requires the submission of Form F-009, which includes a description of the game characteristics, the gaming materials to be used, and a draft regulation detailing the game rules, alongside a study of the return-to-player percentage. The cost for the procedure is S/ 225.10.
Ontario’s AGCO lottery standards prohibit selling tickets to people under 18 or to specified groups, including people who appear intoxicated. The rules also restrict who may play or win prizes and require operators and sellers to monitor and prevent prohibited betting activities.
