AGCO sets Ontario manufacturer permit renewal and transfer conditions

Licences & markets

Source: AGCO (Ontario)

Ontario’s AGCO says manufacturers can renew permits for two or four years and must apply and pay before expiry. A timely application allows the business to continue operating while the renewed permit is pending; expired permits cannot be renewed. Transfers require AGCO approval and eligibility checks.

Ontario manufacturers need to meet renewal deadlines and transfer conditions to keep operating under a valid permit.
