AGCO sets product and trading rules for Ontario grocery-store liquor licences

Regulation

Source: AGCO (Ontario)

Ontario’s AGCO guide outlines grocery-store liquor licence rules, including mandatory LCBO sourcing, permitted product strengths and package sizes, and retail and delivery hours. Retail sales are allowed from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily, while deliveries are permitted from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The requirements determine which products grocery stores may sell, how they must be sourced and when sales and deliveries can occur.
