Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission allows authorised cannabis stores to open from 7am from 1 May 2026, following changes to provincial regulations. Retailers may choose their opening hours between 7am and 11pm; delivery hours remain 9am to 11pm, and age restrictions remain unchanged.
The revised hours let Ontario cannabis retailers begin in-store sales and curbside collection earlier, while delivery hours stay fixed.
