AGCO outlines Ontario caterer’s endorsement conditions

Licences & markets

Source: AGCO (Ontario)

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission says liquor sales licence holders can apply for an endorsement allowing them to sell and serve alcohol at locations not covered by their licence. Events must be sponsored by someone else, last no more than 10 days and take place outside a residence; the endorsement has no fee.

The event and venue restrictions shape where Ontario licensees can provide alcohol catering.
