AGCO sets renewal and transfer requirements for Ontario affiliate delivery licences

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) says Affiliate Delivery Licence holders must apply to renew before expiry to continue offering liquor delivery. Renewal requires disclosures, tax compliance verification and a list of affiliated stores; transfers require regulatory approval and may be refused in specified circumstances, including pending proceedings or outstanding monetary penalties.
Licence holders need to meet renewal and transfer conditions to keep delivery services authorised.
