AGCO sets Ontario self-service fermentation permit renewal and relocation rules

Licences & markets

Source: AGCO (Ontario)

Ontario’s AGCO says self-service fermentation centre operators must apply and pay renewal fees before their permit expires; expired permits require a new application. Operators moving premises must notify the registrar, and the AGCO must inspect the new site before issuing an amended permit.

Operators must secure an amended permit before working from a new site and renew before expiry to remain authorised.
