AGCO sets provincial rules for charitable bingo and break-open ticket licences

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) sets conditions for charitable associations selling break-open tickets alongside licensed bingo and for provincial ticket licences. Associations must sign agreements with bingo hall operators, and provincial applicants must show their services benefit communities across Ontario.
