Richard challenges KSA licence revocation at Council of State
Richard is challenging the Kansspelautoriteit’s 2023 revocation of his licence at the Council of State in the Netherlands. The KSA said the decision related to alleged misconduct before 2021 and cash centres linked to illegal online gambling; Richard and his spokesperson dispute that the terminals were used only for gambling. The court is expected to rule in the coming weeks.
