Council of State orders KSA to reconsider disclosure of 2011 document
The Netherlands’ Council of State partially upheld an appeal over the Kansspelautoriteit’s refusal to release documents requested under the Woo. It found the request sufficiently specific for one document and ordered the KSA to issue a new decision on that document within six weeks; the other nine documents were not covered by that finding.
The decision requires the KSA to reconsider disclosure of a specific document from its records.
