Dutch Council of State upholds KSA revocation of HVD Speelautomaten licence
The Netherlands' Council of State ruled on 25 March 2026 that the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) was justified in revoking HVD Speelautomaten's operating licence. The court dismissed the operator's appeal, finding sufficient evidence that a cash centre was mainly used to facilitate illegal gambling; the revocation stands.
