AGLC opens Alberta iGaming registrations ahead of market launch

Licences & markets

Alberta’s Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis authority opened registrations for iGaming operators and service providers after amendments to provincial regulations were approved. Applicants must register with the AGLC and then secure a commercial operating agreement with the Alberta iGaming Corporation; the regulated private market is expected to launch later in 2026.

Operators and suppliers can begin the registration process required to enter Alberta’s planned regulated market.
