Licences & markets

Source: AGCO (Ontario)

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) explains the registration process for land-based casino operators. Operators work under contract with the OLG, and the AGCO assesses applicants’ eligibility when the OLG designates a new gaming site; the fee is $100,000 per site per year.

Prospective casino operators must work with the OLG and account for the annual registration fee for each site.
