AGCO sets registration requirements for internet gaming suppliers in Ontario

Ontario’s AGCO says suppliers must register to provide goods or services to internet gaming operators in the province. Suppliers must have products certified by a registered independent testing laboratory and review the registrar’s standards and launch guidance before applying; the regulator may also request corporate, financial and ownership documents.
