Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission (AGCO) sets conditions for Hall Charities Associations transferring pooled lottery proceeds electronically to member organisations. All members must participate, and the association must set and notify the licensing authority of a transfer limit; breaches may lead to licence suspension or cancellation, or prosecution.
