AGCO sets standards for Ontario centralized self-exclusion system
Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) introduced a new internet-gaming standard ahead of the planned centralized self-exclusion programme. iGaming Ontario chief executive Joseph Hillier said the public system is expected in the first half of 2026; the new standard sets requirements for operators and iGaming Ontario after launch.
Operators will need to meet the AGCO’s new requirements when the province-wide self-exclusion system launches.
