Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) sets out how eligible organisations can apply for provincial and BOT+ break open ticket licences. The provincial licence covers events across Ontario, while a BOT+ ticket can combine a break open ticket with up to two other games; the break open ticket fee is up to 3% of prizes.
