Source: AGCO (Ontario)

Ontario’s AGCO sets out requirements for General Delivery Licence holders, including where liquor may be obtained and delivered, staff training and order records. Deliveries are permitted from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily, and order records must be kept for at least one year.

Delivery services must meet specified training, record-keeping and operating-hour requirements to retain compliance with their licence.
