AGCO outlines Ontario bingo charitable association licence requirements

Licences & markets

Source: AGCO (Ontario)

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) sets out how bingo charitable associations can apply for a licence on behalf of member organisations. The licence is free, requires a charitable gaming eligibility number, and makes the association’s administrators responsible for submitting applications and reports.

Bingo associations must coordinate member documentation and reporting under the association licence.
