TAR Lazio orders ADM to recalculate bingo concession payments for 2023–2024
TAR Lazio annulled ADM notices requiring bingo concessionaires to pay a fixed charge for the 2023–2024 extension period. The court said ADM must calculate compensation using operators’ actual revenue and benefits from continuing without a tender, as well as the burdens they faced; concessionaires remain liable to pay an indemnity.
Bingo concessionaires’ payments for the extension period must be recalculated against their actual revenues and other circumstances.
