Regulation

The Lazio Regional Administrative Court declared an operator’s challenge to bingo prize limits and venue-transfer conditions inadmissible in a ruling published on 10 September 2026. The court did not examine the substance of the challenges.

Bingo concessionaires remain subject to the challenged prize-pool and venue-transfer rules.
