TAR Lazio annuls ADM’s paid extension of bingo concessions
TAR Lazio annulled Italy’s paid extension of bingo concessions in judgments published on 27 May 2026, reportedly finding the arrangement incompatible with EU law. The court said operators must still pay compensation for activity from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026, calculated using factors including actual turnover; ADM must set a new method.
