TAR Lazio orders renewed service in AGCOM €50,000 gambling-advertising case

Enforcement & compliance

TAR Lazio ordered a company to renew service of its appeal against an AGCOM €50,000 penalty over two signs near a VLT and slot venue in Padula. The court found the original notification procedurally invalid but capable of correction, and set a 20-day deadline from communication or earlier notification of its order. It has not ruled on the penalty’s legality and scheduled further proceedings for 27 November 2026.

The penalty remains unresolved, while the company must meet the court’s notification deadline to continue its appeal.
