Quaest poll finds 11% recall online betting ban proposal in Brazil

Regulation

A Genial/Quaest poll published on 21 October found that 11% of respondents who had heard of recent federal government announcements spontaneously recalled the proposed online betting ban. Among respondents aware of at least one announcement, 60% viewed the measures as electoral in nature, while 32% considered them necessary. The poll surveyed 2,154 people from 17 to 20 October.

Low spontaneous recall of the ban proposal may shape assessments of public awareness and support.
