Lazio court rejects Oxford’s bid to suspend bingo concession loss

Regulation

The Lazio Regional Administrative Court rejected Oxford S.r.l.’s request to suspend the loss of its bingo-hall concession, according to a report. ADM had withdrawn the concession after bingo operations stopped for more than 30 days; the court found insufficient grounds for interim suspension and said the company could have acted earlier after losing its Novara premises.

The ruling leaves ADM’s concession withdrawal in force while the dispute proceeds.
