ADM suspends Novara bingo concession lapse pending court ruling

Regulation

Italy's Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) suspended the effects of its decision to revoke the bingo concession for a venue in Novara, held by Oxford s.r.l. The suspension follows a Council of State interim order dated 15 May 2026 and remains in force until the Lazio Regional Administrative Court rules on the case's merits.
