Lazio court annuls fixed bingo concession extension fees for 2025-2026
The Lazio Regional Administrative Court annulled the Customs and Monopolies Agency’s rules for paid technical extensions of bingo concessions, according to the report. The rules set an annual €108,000 payment per concession and extended concessions to 31 December 2026. The court said operators must still pay compensation, but ADM must calculate it with regard to turnover, benefits and burdens rather than at a uniform fixed rate.
ADM must recalculate bingo concession compensation for the 2025-2026 extension period instead of applying a uniform fee.
