Lazio administrative court upholds €2,800 monthly provisional Bingo concession fee

Regulation

The Lazio Regional Administrative Court rejected a concessionaire’s challenge to the provisional Bingo concession fee set by Italy’s Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM). Bingo concessionaires remain liable for the provisional monthly fee while ADM prepares a final, operator-specific calculation.
