KVA flags fake Kansino site directing users to unlicensed casino

Enforcement & compliance

The Keurmerk Verantwoorde Affiliates said it found a Dutch-domain site resembling licensed operator Kansino that redirected mobile users to unlicensed casino Giga Spinz. Kansino said it monitors for misuse of its name and reports identified cases to the Kansspelautoriteit. The KVA said it records and reports such practices to the regulator.

The impersonation may divert users from a licensed brand to an unlicensed gambling site in the Netherlands.
