KSA pursues €60,000 in unpaid lottery fines from Dutch foundation
The Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) began compulsory recovery action against Stichting het Pad der Natulukke Energie in the Netherlands on 18 February 2026, after the foundation failed to pay fines totalling €60,000, the regulator said. The KSA instructed a court bailiff to recover the money and referred the case file to the Dutch Public Prosecution Service; it had fined the foundation over its failure to provide lottery financial information.
Lottery operators face recovery action and possible prosecution if they do not pay fines or provide required financial information.
