ADM suspends Oxford's bingo concession forfeiture in Novara pending court case

Regulation

Italy’s ADM suspended the effects of its December 2025 decision to forfeit Oxford S.r.l.’s bingo concession for a venue in Novara, according to the report. The suspension implements a precautionary order by the Council of State, which accepted Oxford’s appeal against an earlier Lazio administrative court decision. It remains in force until the administrative case is decided on its merits.

Oxford’s bingo concession remains protected from forfeiture while the administrative court case continues.
