Bolzano administrative court suspends betting licence expiry pending July hearing

Regulation

Bolzano’s Regional Administrative Court temporarily suspended the expiry of a sports and horse-racing betting licence after the concessionaire sought urgent protection from the municipality’s decision. The court’s 10 June decree allows operations to continue until a panel hearing on 7 July; it noted the outlet employs seven workers. The interim order does not decide the dispute’s merits.

The interim ruling allows the betting outlet to keep operating until the court considers the licence dispute on 7 July.
