Tuscany court suspends Arezzo gaming venue closure pending final hearing
Tuscany’s Regional Administrative Court granted interim relief to a gaming company in Arezzo, suspending a police order that had closed its venue for 15 days. The court said the grounds for treating the premises as a regular meeting place for people considered dangerous appeared insufficiently supported at this stage; a hearing on the merits is set for 16 December 2026.
The suspension allows the venue to avoid the closure while the legality of the police order remains under review.
