Tuscany administrative court suspends 15-day closure order for bingo and VLT venue
Tuscany’s regional administrative court temporarily suspended a police order to close a bingo and VLT venue for 15 days, pending a panel hearing. The court said the closure would overlap with a holiday period and that the full suspension could expire before the panel reviewed the case; the hearing is scheduled for 28 April 2026.
The temporary ruling allows the venue to avoid the closure while the court considers the case.
