Italy’s online cash poker market recorded €4.57m in spending in June 2026, up 1.6% year on year, according to reported operator data. PokerStars held a 36.39% share, ahead of Lottomatica at 20.94% and Sisal at 18.06%; Sisal’s spending rose 76.2%, while bet365’s fell 8.5%.

Online casino spending in Italy reached €304 million in July 2026, up 15.3% from the same month a year earlier, according to reported market figures. Lottomatica held a 31.10% share of spending, ahead of Sisal at 13.69% and Eurobet at 7.74%.
It was reported that AGIC called for reform of Italy’s physical gambling market to receive urgent attention. The association represents concessionaires including bet365, Brightstar, Eurobet, Lottomatica and Sisal.
