New York Gaming Commission prepares to consider three downstate casino licences

Licences & markets

New York’s Gaming Commission was expected to consider licences for Bally’s Bronx, Metropolitan Park and Resorts World at its 15 December 2025 meeting. The three applications had been recommended by the State Gaming Facility Location Board; the commission was also expected to consider a rule setting initial licence terms by investment level.

The commission’s decision would determine whether three recommended projects receive downstate casino concessions.
