New York Gaming Commission approves three conditional New York City casino licences

Licences & markets

New York’s Gaming Commission unanimously approved conditional gaming facility licences for Bally’s Bronx, Hard Rock Metropolitan Park in Queens and Resorts World New York City at Aqueduct Racetrack. The decision followed a recommendation from the Gaming Facility Location Board two weeks earlier and completes the state’s administrative selection process; operators must provide updates, with monitoring planned for five years.

The approvals clear the administrative licensing step for three proposed New York City casino projects.
