New York board recommends three downstate casino projects for licences
New York’s Gaming Facility Location Board recommended three New York City casino proposals for licences on Monday, sending them to the state Gaming Commission for a final decision. The proposals are Bally’s $4bn Bronx project, Hard Rock’s $8.1bn Queens plan and Resorts World’s expansion, which the source says would invest more than $5bn.
The recommendation advances three casino projects towards state licensing and potential development in New York City.
