Licences & markets

The Nevada Gaming Control Board recommended Noel Hayden for licensing as a Bally’s shareholder, with the Nevada Gaming Commission scheduled to consider the matter on 25 June, according to reports published on 15 June 2026. Hayden’s Bally’s holding exceeded 10% after capital-structure changes linked to the 2021 Gamesys acquisition, triggering the licensing requirement. The shares were reported to be worth nearly $74m at Monday’s close.

The recommendation is a step towards Nevada approval for a shareholder whose Bally’s stake exceeds 10%.
