Nevada judge restricts Polymarket access for 14 days

Enforcement & compliance

A Nevada judge granted the Nevada Gaming Control Board a restraining order against Blockratize, Polymarket’s parent company, initially barring the platform from accepting Nevada users for 14 days. The judge said the board was reasonably likely to prevail, and set a hearing for 11 February; Polymarket said it was challenging the order.

The temporary order requires Polymarket to restrict Nevada access while the state’s enforcement case proceeds.
