Licences & markets

FanDuel said its Predicts platform is now available in all 50 US states, while sports contracts are offered in 18 states. The company said it would not offer sports contracts where it already operates a sportsbook; the platform was developed with CME Group.

FanDuel’s platform reaches all US states, but sports contracts remain limited to some states and excluded where it operates a sportsbook.
