Blask estimates licensed operators held 54% of Philippine online gaming revenue
Blask estimated that licensed onshore operators accounted for 54% of projected Philippine online gaming brand revenue in the three months to 31 March, compared with 46% for offshore operators. Its competitive earning baseline reached a midpoint of US$1.17bn across 257 operators, while PAGCOR reported a 15.9% year-on-year fall in aggregate first-quarter GGR to PHP87.60bn.
The estimates indicate licensed onshore operators account for a larger share of projected online gaming revenue than offshore operators.
