Blask ranks the Philippines first in September online gaming search demand
The Philippines overtook Brazil and India in online gaming brand search demand in September, according to analytics platform Blask. Its index rose 87% year on year and 8% from August, while Brazil’s fell 31% year on year and 9% month on month. Blask measures search interest, not gambling spending, and its revenue estimates still put Brazil ahead.
Operators and investors should distinguish rising search interest from the revenue ranking, which still favours Brazil.
