AGCO allows camera monitoring of Ontario self-serve lottery terminals
Source: AGCO (Ontario)
Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission amended two lottery standards, effective 2 February 2026, to let sellers monitor self-serve lottery terminals by camera or direct line of sight. Camera footage must be recorded, stored in high definition and retained for at least seven days, or for another period set by the Registrar, and supplied to the AGCO on request.
Sellers can choose camera monitoring but must meet recording, retention and regulator-access requirements.
