Richmond Atlantic collapse forces ITV Win closure in UK

Deals & M&A

Richmond Atlantic’s collapse has led to the closure of ITV Win, which launched in January, the company and ITV said. The site is due to close at noon UK time on 5 May, and customers have been asked to withdraw their funds. Richmond said it could not continue in the new UK tax environment; proposed takeover talks with BVGroup did not produce an agreement.

The closure affects customers’ access to balances and suppliers with unpaid invoices from the ITV Win project.
