Queensland's Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR) says liquor-related infringement notices must be paid within 28 days of issue. People with penalties of at least $200 may apply for instalments by returning the notice with an upfront payment of at least $60; unpaid balances can be transferred to the State Penalties Enforcement Registry for enforcement.
Licensees receiving notices need to meet the payment deadline or face enforcement and additional fees.
