Queensland requires risk-assessed management plans for specified liquor applications
Source: OLGR Queensland
Queensland’s Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation says applicants for specified liquor licences must submit a risk-assessed management plan for approval by the Commissioner for Liquor and Gaming. Approved plans must be kept on site and followed; failure to comply with a notice to amend a plan is an offence carrying a maximum penalty of $4,317.
Liquor applicants and licensees need to account for approved management plans and possible penalties when changing operations.
