Paf completes acquisition of Swedish ferry gaming operator Bell Casino AB
Paf said on 3 June 2026 that it had completed its acquisition of Bell Casino AB, a Swedish family-owned company running gaming operations aboard ferries. Paf chief executive Christer Fahlstedt said the deal supports the group’s land and maritime business, while Bell founder Morgan Eliasson expressed confidence in the company’s future within Paf.
The acquisition adds Bell’s ferry gaming operations to Paf’s land and maritime business.
