Paf acquires Bell Casino to expand its shipboard gaming business
Paf announced that it has acquired Bell Casino, adding gaming operations on more than 50 vessels across routes in northern Europe. The combined business will operate around 80 vessels, with approximately 1,500 gaming machines and 450 arcade games; Bell will retain its current structure, staff, customers, brand and business model.
The acquisition expands Paf’s shipboard operations while Bell retains its structure, staff, customers, brand and business model.
